How does your delivery system work?

 
  • Enter your postal code in the "shopping cart" to find out your delivery rate. 8.00$ and more
  • The address of the shipment must be accurate and complete. The recipient or someone who could receive the package should be present on the day of delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm. 
  • We deliver every day including weekends. Choose the date that suits you and we'll take care of the rest. 

Is it possible to have a gift wrap?

  • We offer 100% degradable and 70% recyclable packaging. 
  • Kraft paper, coloured paper and reusable silk ribbons will bring out the natural side of our products.
  •  We encourage our customers not to choose the option of packaging the stems in water. This forces us to use a non-degradable cellophane sheet.

Do you deliver the same day?


  • Same day delivery possible for orders placed before 3pm.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day. 
  • Last delivery time 6pm.
  • Exception to the rule: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day

Where do your flowers come from?

  • We encourage small and large local, Quebec and Canadian growers who provide us with seasonal flowers from March to October. 
  • We vary the origin of the flowers. This allows us to have a wide choice of different flowers, plants and cacti.
  • Holland, France, South America, USA, etc.

Are your flowers and plants fresh?

  • We have a daily stock supply. This allows us to offer fresh products.
  • The flowers are treated and nurtured before they leave your home so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible.

Is there an in-store pick-up?

  •  Yes, you can pick up your order in shop the same day. Please allow at least 3 hours for your order to be processed and prepared.
  • If certain items are not available in shop on that day, we will contact you by phone to advise you of a substitution.
  • If you wish to pay in-store, you can place your order by telephone with one of our specialists.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to provide a service to anyone if we deem it necessary.
  • All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • No changes to the order are permitted within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • For an addition, please contact us by phone.

Prices and products

  • Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We may add temporary promotional offers or price reductions.
  • The prices on our website may differ from the prices in the shop.
  • The products sold on our website are natural products. They may therefore differ from the images.

Payments

  • Marché Aux Fleurs does not keep any bank details.
  • In the shop we accept the following payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card and cheques. 
  • If there is a refund, it will be made by Interac transfer within 30 working days of payment.
